I grew with the company from IT into platform engineering, learning how to design for growth, reliability, and speed.

- Led the migration of 50+ production services from standalone hosts into a unified Kubernetes environment, converting legacy workloads into containerized applications with improved resilience, observability, and backup configuration.
- Collaborated closely with senior DevOps engineers to refine GitLab CI pipelines, implement controlled deployment workflows, and standardize infrastructure practices across a large multi-team codebase.
- Supported the redevelopment of Kepler's hardware management platform by contributing to backend logic (Python/Django), a React-based UI, and integrations with NetBox as a single source of truth for tracking devices, reservations, and HIL (Hardware-in-the-Loop) testing.
- Maintained and expanded monitoring stacks using Prometheus, Grafana, CheckMK, and Uptime Kuma, ensuring visibility across satellite operations, development servers, and production systems.
- Participated in on-call rotations for IT and satellite operations, performing incident response, troubleshooting, and system stabilization under strict uptime requirements.
- Conducted IAM administration, SSO configuration, least-privilege reviews, and access audits to support compliance for government-related and secure information workflows.

- Designed and operationalized a company-wide Intune/Azure MDM program, bringing 160+ devices under unified configuration, security policy enforcement, and automated provisioning.

- Executed a full Slack-to-Slack migration and developed workflow automations, including daily reporting bots that improved visibility for leadership and engineering teams.
